Welcome to my webpage: Here you can find out what I’ve done, what I do, and what I’ll be doing in the future….

I started with Sports, enjoying my teammates, the competition, winning, the fields that were our stage. Serious, dedicated sports have a short life span. Music is forever, so I switched stages, from fields to the stage via music, bands and entertainment. I’m blessed. It’s a win nearly ever time I get on a stage.

It took about 20 years and some great times in Los Angeles before I was introduced to Challenge Courses and all forms of team and groups dynamics. Art gave me something I could do on my own, tying everything together.

While sports were fun, music and entertainment brought me a similar thrill, along with a bit of money, food and notoriety through most of my adult life. TōST is the umbrella name for everything entertainment, “The Other Side of the Tracks.”

Over the last 20 plus years I expanded into Team Building, Challenge Courses, Group Dynamics, and Experiential/Experimental Learning with Team Solutions Florida.

During all of that, I went back to Florida Atlantic University to finish my BFA in Graphic Design, married my wife Cindy, gained her grown children who, with their permission, welcomed me to the family, as our cats did - all together, an remarkable life.
